Meet your Studio Owners
Fort Wayne native Mariah James is a photographer and calligraphy artist with a deep love for the local community. As the owner of Cedar & Ink Studios, she has spent over a decade serving Fort Wayne through wedding, family, senior, maternity, and branding photography, along with detailed hand lettering and engraving. Since 2014, her work has focused on documenting stories and preserving meaningful details through natural light, intentional imagery, and timeless design inside Cedar Loft Studio and throughout the city she calls home
Originally from Fort Wayne, Amber is a dedicated entrepreneur and creative. She has founded multiple ventures, most notably Amber Media Co. (her photography company), through which she offers brand and event photography to support individuals and organizations in telling their stories. She is also passionate about organizing community events and fostering connections through her work. In January 2026, Amber is unveiling her newest concept "The Experience House Co." an immersive pop up with rotating themes designed by local creatives in collaboration with local businesses.
