most bookings are appointment only. However, we understand that a last minute shoot may happen- as long as your invoice and agreement is signed, we can get you in as soon as  you need.

WHERE AM I LIMITED TO SHOOT IN?

the front loft room with the kitchen. This room has south facing windows and natural bright room.

WHAT ALL IS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?

the loft room, kitchen, 2 restrooms, props, furniture, fabrics and a variety of stools and accent pieces.

I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE!

We get it, life happens. You can reschedule your date within 30 days of original rental date. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancelations or reschedules.

HOW MANY ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPACE?

We reccommend 1-15 people for a photoshoot and 1-25 for an intimate private event (dinner parties, bridal getting ready space etc)
