Most bookings are appointment only, but last-minute shoots are accommodated if the invoice and agreement are signed.

Where am I limited to shoot in?

The front loft room with the kitchen — south-facing windows, natural bright room.

What all is included in my rental?

The loft room, kitchen, 2 restrooms, props, furniture, fabrics, stools, and accent pieces.

Question 4

What is the cancel/reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule within 30 days of your original rental date. There are no refunds for cancellations or reschedules.

Question 5

How many people are allowed?

Accepted Answer

1–15 people for a photoshoot, and 1–25 people for an intimate private event.
